Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms or change or discontinue the site at any time. When we update the Terms, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and CTS about the site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours.
